The FAMVERSE is building the next Marvel entertainment, but with a couple of massive differences. One, our business is Indigenous, based on indigenous culture and values, and two, its completely decentralised, which means its owned and operated by its community.

In the FAMVERSE all our FAM members get to shape the future we’re creating together. To enable that to happen we’ve created the FAM PASS our first ever digital collectible that provides holders with a say in how the FAM runs through the FAM DAO.

Every FAM Pass comes in three levels of rarity wood (50% of collection) silver (35% of collection) pounamu (15% of collection). Each pass represents a single share in the FAM business. There will only ever be 999 Fam passes released over a period of 3yrs (333 passes every 12mths).

FAM COLLECTIVE PASS

The FAM Pass is your key to securing your share in the FAMVERSE. Only 999 passes will ever be available which will be released in three drops of 333 passes, one drop every 12 months. Passes have three levels of rarity, Wood, Silver, and Pounamu and entitle the holders to a range of benefits including exclusive access to FAM Digital collectibles, FAM Products and Experiences as well as free airdrops of digital collectibles and FAM tokens. The rarer the pass the greater the benefits.

$FAM TOKENS

The $FAM Token is the native token of the FAM Collective. $FAM is an ERC-20 utility token used within the FAM ecosystem to empower decentralised community building and experiences across the FAMVERSE. The total supply of $FAM tokens will be capped at 1 billion a percentage of which will be allocated to the FAM DAO and reserved for FAM Digital Collectible holders. In the future FAM members will be able to receive $FAM for their participation in projects and you'll be able to use $FAM to purchase collectibles inside of FAM digital and IRL experiences. As the ecosystem develops the $FAM Token will form the basis of the FAMVERSE economy.

FAM DAO

The entire FAMVERSE operates via the FAM DAO.The FAM Pass represents each holders stake in the DAO. The FAM DAO is a decentralised on-chain organisation through which FAM community members participate in the day-to-day operation of the FAMVERSE and work together to support and grow our business

FAM COLLECTIBLES

FAM Collectibles are the heart of the FAMVERSE experience and one of the primary mediums through which we'll be building connection with our fans around the world. More than simple PFPs and JPEGs. FAM digital collectibles are central to the FAMVERSE experience and will become playable, customisable avatars that our community can use to explore and experience the Metaverse and play as in FAMVERSE games. To help build broader reach into mainstream audiences we'll also be developing IRL collectibles in the form of trading cards and collectible figures which we'll then develop hybird experiences around to enable our community to use their IRL collectibles in the digital world.

FAM ACADEMY

FAM Collective Pass holders receive full access to all FAM Academy Education Programmes. The FAM Academy is education for game changers focused on delivering ground breaking education programmes in Web3, Decentralisation, and how to utilise the power of our Collective to effect, social, economic and political change. All Fam Collective Pass holders receive VIP access to exclusive FAM events and experiences. Each year the FAMVERSE will stage a number of events, including our annual conference, The Family Reunion and our regular meetups, Family Time. As the FAMVERSE expands globally we'll host exclusive pass holders events a major international tech, arts, culture and business events such as SXSW, Art Basel, Cannes and the Venice Biennale.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE COLLECTION?

The total size of the FAM Collective Pass Collection is 999. The passes will be released in drops of 333 passes per drop. There will be one drop per year for a period of three years.

HOW MANY PASSES CAN I PURCHASE?

There is not limit to the number of FAM Passes you can purchase during the public sale.

HOW MUCH DOES THE COLLECTIVE PASS COST?

During presale the cost of the FAM Pass will be $150 NZD. Once the public sale begins the price of passes will go up to, 0.075E for a wood pass, 0.1E for a Silver Pass and 0.15E for a Pounamu pass.

Will the passes have different rarity

Yes, the passes will have three levels of rarity, Wood, Silver and Pounamu (Green stone). The level of rarity will will determine the level of benefits the holder receives e.g. a wooden pass holder might receive a free airdrop of 10,000 $FAM tokens as opposed to a Pounamu pass holder who might receive 50,000 $FAM tokens. Final airdrop will be confirmed prior to the launch of the DAO and Token.

WILL THERE BE A WHITE LIST OR ALLOW LIST FOR THE FAM COLLECTIVE PASS?

Yes there will be an Allow list for the FAM Collective Pass mint. To qualify for the Allow list community members must have watched all episodes of the Power of the Collective FAM Academy series and agree to the FAM Collective membership terms and conditions.
